- Internet Information Server (IIS) (Windows 2003/2008)

- Perl 5.8 is required. DxR recommends ActivePerl™ http://www.activestate.com/ for Windows servers.

- DBI (Database independent interface for Perl)
- DBD mysql (MySQL driver for the Perl5 Database Interface [DBI])
- MySQL 4.1 or greater http://www.mysql.com/

We strongly recommend using headphones (rather than speakers) to listen to heart and breath sounds in the case studies.
